What we DON’T do is pass you a list of suppliers in a glossy brochure and leave you to get on with it.

 

We don’t see how this can be an effective way of adding true value to your business and being your long term partner. We prefer to spend time early in the process of working together benchmarking and analysing your current purchasing in some detail. This is done completely by us at our expense and under complete confidentiality. Only then can we present to you a long term purchasing plan that should provide you with a roadmap of how we can best work with you and a measure against which you can track our performance and delivery.

The most effective process is:

  • To meet or talk through the service that we provide and answer all your initial questions
  • Carry out a benchmarking review on site
  • Provide you with a comprehensive benchmarking report and roadmap for your purchasing strategy
  • Agree an incremental path on supplier selection and then set up supplier days on site with all interested parties in order for all parties to be involved, supporting and happy with all material quality
  • Be reviewing all ancillary areas of expenditure so that no potential savings are missed
  • Make it happen and start saving you money
